Do you have what it takes to be named the "Best Operator" in North & Central Florida?
Show off your skills as you compete against other Operators.
Operators will be put to the test in three different machines on three different obstacle courses. Each performance will be scored based on speed, accuracy, operating best practices and use of technology, with penalties imposed for errors.
The Operator with the best overall score after all sessions in St. Augustine and Tampa are final will be recognized as the "Ring Power Champion".
The Operator's company must be located within Ring Power's North or Central Florida territories to be eligible to participate. Operator must be at least 21 years of age or older. A maximum of (3) operators per company will be allowed to participate. Each session is limited to 15 competitors. Apply to compete before the March 27th deadline. Must register in advance, no on-site registration will be allowed. Operator required to attend the scheduled Safety Brief for their registered session. Not open to governmental agencies, Caterpillar employees, or employees of a Cat dealership.

1st, 2nd,& 3rd place prizes will be awarded to the Operators with the best scores from the Morning and Afternoon sessions

AM SESSION
CHALLENGE COMPETITIONS
9:00 am - 11:30 am
OPERATOR CHALLENGE COMPETITION - AM SESSION
You must compete on all three courses. The competitions will be held in groups. All three course challenges will be actively hosting participants at the same time.

OPERATOR COURSE CHALLENGES
THE LOAD AND CARRY CHALLENGE
Operators will use a Wheel Loader with Production Measurement technology to load and move material through specified points in a course.
THE FULLY LOADED CHALLENGE
Operators use a Cat Excavator with Production Measurement technology to accurately load a target.
THE AGILITY CHALLENGE
Operators use a Cat Skid Steer Loader to navigate a “course” and maintain balance and material control.
